Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
  • Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
  • Maintain stock room standards through organized merchandise arrangement by style, color, and size.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Organize the shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
  • Maximize stock space for efficient store operations.
  • Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
  • Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
  • Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and professional team player. High level of accountability and reliability. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room environment.
