Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and support efficient store operations.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and other departments to ensure compliance with operational policies.
  • Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors as necessary.
  • Execute inventory management tasks, including routine cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Oversee operations and stock positions to ensure process efficiency and effective communication.
  • Develop and coach direct team members, focusing on succession planning.
  • Support technology rollouts and system updates, conducting training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of loss prevention equipment and address any issues.
  • Oversee the annual physical inventory process, ensuring minimal loss and operational disruption.
  • Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage store supply and packaging levels, ensuring merchandise repair processes are followed.
  • Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related activities.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are observed and audit topics are addressed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail operational experience.

Skills

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Effective communication across all organizational levels. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
