Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and support efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and other departments to ensure compliance with operational policies.
- Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors as necessary.
- Execute inventory management tasks, including routine cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, addressing any discrepancies.
- Oversee operations and stock positions to ensure process efficiency and effective communication.
- Develop and coach direct team members, focusing on succession planning.
- Support technology rollouts and system updates, conducting training sessions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of loss prevention equipment and address any issues.
- Oversee the annual physical inventory process, ensuring minimal loss and operational disruption.
- Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance efficiency.
- Manage store supply and packaging levels, ensuring merchandise repair processes are followed.
- Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related activities.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are observed and audit topics are addressed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail operational experience.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
