Join Bottega Veneta in Seoul as a Merchandising Specialist. This role involves managing sales, seasonal buying, and inventory for a leading luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee seasonal buying for ready-to-wear and shoes, including order support and system uploads during buying campaigns.
- Conduct permanent assortment reviews and store mapping per season.
- Manage daily distribution by seasonal collection mapping and oversee sell-through by store.
- Execute weekly store-to-store stock transfers and markdown stock allocations.
- Monitor inventory levels, request stock replenishments, and manage ICT at a worldwide level.
- Set monthly sales focus and conduct store visits to analyze sales trends and plan promotions.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches and monthly floor sets.
- Develop merchandising plans and allocations for store openings and seasonal events.
- Provide seasonal merchandising feedback, conduct competitor price surveys, and share sales strategies with store teams.
- Update sell-through reports and conduct monthly sales analyses for business updates.
- Conduct weekly sales commentary, delivery status updates, and seasonal collection training.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and conduct store visits with the corporate team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience within a luxury brand environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fashion merchandising or buying role with an international fashion or luxury brand.
Workplace
This position is based in Seoul, Seoul, South Korea.
