Join Bottega Veneta in Seoul as a Merchandising Specialist. This role involves supporting merchandising functions for RTW, Shoes, Jewelry, and Eyewear, identifying sales opportunities, and proposing strategic actions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the General Merchandise Manager and Merchandising Assistant Manager in executing all merchandising functions.
  • Manage sales, seasonal buying, inventory, product delivery, and product training for Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Jewelry, and Eyewear.
  • Identify sales opportunities and propose strategic actions to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management.
  • Conduct product training sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in merchandising, particularly in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify sales trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

Merchandising expertise in luxury fashion. Sales and inventory management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Effective communication and training abilities.

Experience

Previous experience in merchandising, specifically within the luxury fashion sector, focusing on Ready-to-Wear and Shoes is required.
