Join Bottega Veneta in Milan as a Legal Specialist. Support the Legal Marketing, Communication & Licensing Team in a global luxury group, focusing on contract management and IP assessments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements globally, including image rights, music, and creative production contracts for diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Manage co-branding and licensing agreements with a focus on copyright and trademark matters.
  • Assist with legal assessments of intellectual property rights and manage rights clearance processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contract execution and project delivery.
  • Engage in Legal Operations initiatives, including the use of AI-driven tools to support innovation.

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer with a law degree and license to practice.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Skills

Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation in both English and Italian. Knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly copyright and trademark licensing. Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Education

Law degree and license to practice.
