Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and Quality departments to address and resolve production issues, ensuring products meet specified requirements.
  • Optimize production cycles and processes by proposing technical solutions, small-scale automation, and operational simplifications to enhance continuous improvement.
  • Support production departments by transferring technical know-how and training on assembly methodologies.
  • Interpret pattern designs and possess comprehensive knowledge of technical details necessary for product realization, monitoring and updating data during production phases.
  • Share production-related information with colleagues in Development, Engineering, and Quality, and participate in technical meetings for product fine-tuning.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing industries within the leather goods sector.
  • Technical training as a pattern maker or industrializer in leather goods, with proficiency in reading and creating technical sheets and production cycles.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of materials, production processes, and construction techniques in leather goods, including the application of metallic accessories. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with management systems. Strong planning and organizational skills. Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude. Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.

Experience

5-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing.

Education

Technical training in pattern making or industrialization in leather goods.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Altavilla Vicentina, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Vicenza.
