Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily allocation and distribution activities.
  • Optimize warehouse capability through shipment consolidation.
  • Collaborate with worldwide wholesale teams to gather commercial requests.
  • Analyze and resolve delivery issues, monitoring pending shipments.
  • Conduct weekly analysis related to wholesale distribution.
  • Review and recommend improvements to current assignment and distribution parameters.
  • Provide assistance to merchandising, supply chain, customer service, warehouses, and IT as needed.
  • Coordinate with the function manager to meet customer demands.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and tool availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, merchandising planning, financial control or planning, business development, or as an analyst is preferred.
  • Passion for numbers and luxury products.

Skills

Strong relational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP (ERP software). Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in supply chain, merchandising planning, financial control or planning, business development, or as an analyst is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
