Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct talent acquisition activities for industrial and corporate sectors, including job description creation, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing documentation and HR information systems.
  • Update and monitor HR data and processes in Workday, collaborating with HR Admin & Operations.
  • Collaborate with managers on people management processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Support HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and salary administration.
  • Assist in the creation of HR reports and preparation of presentations for meetings and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities, or a Master's in People Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong written and spoken English language skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication abilities. Aptitude for working in structured and dynamic corporate environments.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the HR domain is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities, or a Master's in People Management.
