Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct talent acquisition activities for industrial and corporate sectors, including job description creation, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing documentation and HR information systems.
- Update and monitor HR data and processes in Workday, collaborating with HR Admin & Operations.
- Collaborate with managers on people management processes to meet organizational objectives.
- Support HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and salary administration.
- Assist in the creation of HR reports and preparation of presentations for meetings and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities, or a Master's in People Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR.
