Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR Controlling & HRIS Team on personnel cost and budget activities.
  • Support the HR team in executing HR cost plans, forecasts, and budgets, and manage monthly closure validation and variance analysis.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks and data uploads.
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on key topics and trends.
  • Participate in market and salary surveys.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Create reports and present data insights to support HR strategies.
  • Conduct regular system audits and data validation exercises to ensure data integrity.
  • Support main compensation processes, including bonus calculation and annual salary review.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in related fields is advantageous.

Education

Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
