Join Bottega Veneta in Milan as a Global Distribution Planner. Be part of a dynamic team within the luxury fashion industry, focusing on supply chain optimization and collaboration with Kering Operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute product distribution and daily replenishment in alignment with sales forecasts.
  • Review and recommend improvements to distribution parameters such as stock coverage and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Optimize inventory efficiency and monitor outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning department to address stock shortages and excesses in the central warehouse.
  • Track deliveries from production and verify stock availability in the central warehouse.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of supply chain processes, identifying optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in planning, preferably within a retail or luxury environment.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Fluency in English. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities. Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Team-oriented mindset. Capacity to maintain confidentiality.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in planning, ideally within a retail or luxury setting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
