Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Bottega Veneta.
  • Support clienteling activities to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
  • Stay informed and updated on product details, brand information, collections, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions of customer issues to create a positive brand impression.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages promptly.
  • Assist with online, in-store operations, and omnichannel services.
  • Ensure accurate collection and regular updating of client data in the system.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
  • Provide support for after-sales services.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry is advantageous.

Skills

Client-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with IT tools.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or the hospitality industry is considered a plus.

This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, within easy reach of Milan.
