Join Bottega Veneta in Tokyo as a Commercial Finance Assistant Manager. Drive financial planning and analysis to support retail operations in a luxury fashion setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the financial controller and cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and programs aligned with company processes and policies.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to provide the financial controller with insights for decision-making and cost management.
- Conduct forecasting activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and work with functional teams to ensure control over critical areas of store profit & loss and capital expenditures.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director and Area Managers to maximize store profitability.
- Understand business implications to assist management in decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a database of key financial and operating metrics and performance measurements related to the functional organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and policies.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Workplace
This position is based in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan.
