Join Bottega Veneta in São Paulo as a Client Advisor, contributing to the brand's luxury retail success. Located in Iguatemi, this role offers growth within the Kering Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
