Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship-building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
- Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Support store operations with opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury environment.

This position is based in Los Angeles, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.
Compensation
Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
