Join Bottega Veneta in Paris as a Cashier. Located in the Montaigne Store, this role requires 3-4 years of experience in luxury fashion, excellent client service skills, and English fluency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process by assisting the Client Advisor during the final phase of the selling ceremony, ensuring efficient payment processing.
  • Enhance client satisfaction during the sale's conclusion by addressing requests and assisting with bookings for taxis, restaurants, and hotels.
  • Monitor cash handling and verify authenticity using local methods, investigating and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Oversee the closing of the cash desk, ensuring daily income is accurately checked and balanced.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as petty cash and prepare necessary documents for daily and weekly bank deposits.
  • Prepare tills before store opening, maintain packaging area, and ensure adequate supplies of stationery and banking materials.
  • Ensure all devices are operational, including phones, iPads, and computers.
  • Adhere to proper administrative and filing procedures.
  • Contribute to both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Manage drink service with food and beverage follow-up.
  • Oversee Back of House processes including consignment, allowances, press requests, and legal documentation.
  • Handle CITES registration for each product.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of previous cashier experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude with flexibility to adapt to diverse client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Multitasking and flexibility. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience

3-4 years of previous cashier experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
