Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and support team in meeting individual sales goals.
  • Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
  • Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff’s client books and propose action plans.
  • Collaborate with merchandising team and corporate partners for optimal product assortment.
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are upheld in partnership with Operations Manager.
  • Assist in succession planning and innovative business strategies with Store Director.
  • Recruit store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
  • Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clientele, managing customer relationships professionally.
  • Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back office management.
  • Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness.
  • Adaptability and strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

Compensation

Annual base salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus.
