Join Berluti in Paris as a Junior Production, Quality, and Compliance Coordinator. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to engage with luxury fashion operations within the LVMH Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Department in the production processes of ready-to-wear and accessories collections.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with the Quality Department and update quality feedback and KPIs.
  • Manage and track after-sales service returns and quality issues.
  • Oversee the management and tracking of spare parts.
  • Conduct comparative analyses of production evolution.
  • Create and manage test tables for GB/US/EAU markets.
  • Translate and manage product composition labels and information.
  • Ensure certification and traceability of materials and components for the Environmental Life 360 Program.
  • Prepare and update files for monthly production progress meetings.
  • Follow environmental actions of manufacturers and update related KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Education in Fashion, Textile, or Product Engineering from a Textile Engineering School, Fashion School, Business School, or equivalent.

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail and precision. Proactive with a strong sense of results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with diverse profiles and enjoy teamwork. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Italian is an advantage. Affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Degree in Fashion, Textile, or Product Engineering.
