Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently pre-mount all footwear types, including cemented, Blake, and Goodyear constructions, utilizing premium materials.
  • Develop and execute mounting programs autonomously.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of shoe lasts and heel heights and their application in the mounting process.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Effectively communicate with the Modelling team regarding potential enhancements.
  • Ensure the production of footwear that meets Berluti's high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in footwear mounting, preferably in men's shoes.
  • Previous experience in team management is advantageous.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new techniques and production processes.
  • Ability to respond promptly to unforeseen events.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, adhering to Berluti's quality standards.

Skills

Technical expertise in footwear pre-mounting and production. Strong communication skills. Problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in footwear mounting, with a preference for experience in men's footwear.

This position is based in Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.

Benefits

Direct employment with the company, with a standard working schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
