Join Berluti in Paris as a Client Development Assistant. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work within the LVMH Group, focusing on clienteling and CRM strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clienteling & CRM Campaigns Manager in developing and implementing clienteling strategies.
  • Participate in the development of the Clienteling application.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate content creation with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the IS&T team to ensure data quality for campaigns.
  • Work with external agencies to maintain and improve applications.
  • Conduct monthly KPI reporting and ad hoc studies for market support.
  • Support project implementation to enhance market development and performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.

Analytical thinking and organizational skills. Attention to detail and synthesis ability. Strong communication skills. High degree of autonomy and proactivity.

Experience
