Join Benefit Cosmetics in Copenhagen as a Retail Manager for Travel Retail Nordics. Manage sales in airports and ferries, lead a dynamic team, and drive brand growth in Denmark.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all Travel Retail Nordics points of sale, including airports and ferries, to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, shop managers, and airport managers.
  • Set sales targets in collaboration with the Travel Retail Europe Manager and analyze area performance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Advisors or promoters.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and organize the operational implementation of the annual marketing plan.
  • Identify training needs and coach the team to enhance sales methods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in travel retail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to coach and motivate teams effectively. Dynamic and passionate with a strong customer and sales orientation. Enjoys working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or retail, ideally within the travel retail sector.
