Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Retail Account Manager in New Haven, Connecticut, to drive sales and manage retail accounts. Join a leading brand in the luxury beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve retail sales and service results across assigned locations and accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Manage assigned territories through team development, training, and recruitment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing team members.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ratings to maintain high service standards.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions at Sephora using designated training modules.
  • Recruit and train counter personnel and aestheticians for department stores.
  • Collaborate with local cosmetology schools to recruit new talent for Ulta.
  • Engage with district, prestige, general, and salon managers to boost sales.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to personnel across locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and service, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and service, with a focus on the beauty industry and wholesale stores.

The successful candidate will be located in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

Compensation

The target salary range is $68,000 - $85,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
