Join Benefit Cosmetics in Santa Cruz de Tenerife as a Beauty Consultant. Part-time position in a dynamic, inclusive environment with LVMH's leading luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge to advise and drive sales of Benefit products.
- Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
- Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services with precision.
- Manage Brow Bar inventory to ensure product availability.
- Inspire clients with enthusiasm for the brand.
- Maintain the aesthetic and merchandising standards of the Brow Bar as per marketing guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with store management and team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain expertise.
Qualifications
- Training in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
- Minimum of one year experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales, with eyebrow waxing experience preferred.
- Intermediate level of English desirable.
- Immediate availability.
