Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate a passionate customer service environment.
- Train and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, both individually and as a team.
- Maintain and exceed sales objectives.
- Develop strategies for business growth.
- Provide and update monthly reports.
- Sell Benefit Cosmetics products.
- Organize and manage promotional events.
- Expand the client portfolio.
- Manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications
- Desirable qualification in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with at least 1 year in retail sales within the perfume and cosmetics sector. Experience in an airport setting is advantageous.
Education
Desirable qualification in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
Workplace
The role is situated in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
