Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand and analyze local market trends and competition to inform store strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement corresponding actions.
  • Ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting and complete monthly store schedules.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with HR.
  • Promote the Balenciaga brand, ensuring a consistent client experience.
  • Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and corporate standards.
  • Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain cost-conscious operations to protect the company's financial interests.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of successful managerial experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and precision skills. Adaptability and openness to change. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.

Experience

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, overseeing a team of at least 20 individuals.
