Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze results daily, weekly, and monthly, setting up constant assessments.
  • Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
  • Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
  • Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a team of at least 20 people.
