Join Balenciaga in Toronto as a Stock Associate. This role involves managing shipping, inventory, and store supplies, contributing to the brand's excellence in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Process inter-store transfers with precision.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales materials.
  • Coordinate and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficient back stock management.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure accurate store inventory levels.
  • Prepare and execute inventory processes in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
  • Complete monthly store reconciliations and address negative on-hand discrepancies.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Communicate visual standards and updates to the team as directed by management.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as required.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
  • Manage maintenance and repair calls to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Processing. Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.

Experience

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
