Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales service.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.

  • Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferrable skills.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative and digital skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English.

Experience
