Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the team.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and manage cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen. Strategic vision and high personal performance.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion industry is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Troy, Michigan, USA, with easy access to Detroit.
