Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

Skills

Product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Previous experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with related experience considered advantageous.
