Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support and comply with all store processes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

Skills

Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current trends. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Experience

Experience in a multinational brand environment with a focus on luxury fashion retail is preferred.
