Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients throughout the buying journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Present collections in accordance with brand standards, showcasing product features and trends.
- Act as the brand's ambassador, embodying its values and ethos.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer-facing role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
