Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Balenciaga brand to clients, embodying company values and standards.
- Guide clients throughout their buying journey, from collection discovery to product selection and after-sales service.
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various sales channels including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Dubai, Dubai, UAE.
