Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to the management team.
  • Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
  • Stay informed about market trends, fashion developments, and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values and behaviors.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide tailor-made advice, listen to clients’ expectations, and respond to requests.
  • Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute product presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
  • Create and update the client portfolio and follow up through the Luce app.
  • Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales assistance.
  • Follow HQ guidelines regarding the client journey and loyalty program.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
  • Facilitate teamwork by assisting colleagues in providing client experience and achieving goals.
  • Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
  • Perform regular front-of-house activities and key back-of-house duties without supervision.
  • Process client transactions at the cash desk, including in-store and distant sales.
  • Promote and execute omnichannel services in-store.
  • Receive and process store deliveries.
  • Prepare and organize deliveries and shipments to clients.
  • Execute and follow up on all processes related to Retail Excellence.
  • Contribute to front and back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.
  • Support after-sales operations by executing omnichannel after-sales policy and providing feedback to the Store Director or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
  • Ability to embody and promote brand values and behaviors.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in client relationship management and building long-term relationships. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using retail management software and omnichannel tools.

Experience

Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role is required, with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
