Join Balenciaga in Seoul as a Media & Social Communications Coordinator. Drive media execution and social operations for a leading luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the communication manager in executing print, out-of-home, and digital advertisements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for Naver and Kakao ad placements tailored to the local market.
  • Manage timelines for ad execution and asset delivery deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation with media agencies.
  • Oversee the operation of the Kakao channel, ensuring alignment with the social calendar.
  • Update assets and translate captions to maintain the brand's tone and manner.
  • Propose and develop content strategies for Kakao.
  • Monitor online keyword trends and organic search trends daily.
  • Ensure proper execution of ad placements and report potential risks to brand visibility or reputation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis for both media and social channels.
  • Assist in event support and track monthly media and social expenses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Preference for candidates with online performance marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Commerce, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent administrative skills.

Skills

Proficiency in media execution and social media operations. Strong understanding of Naver and Kakao ad platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to monitor and analyze media and social trends. Competency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years in a relevant field, with a preference for experience in online performance marketing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, Commerce, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields preferred.
