Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with retail leaders to enhance staff performance through HR expertise.
- Conduct effective store visits with the retail team to provide tailored HR solutions.
- Analyze HR-related store KPIs to understand in-store HR dynamics.
- Collaborate with office function leaders to provide HR consultancy.
- Promote and execute HR projects and initiatives locally.
- Work with function leaders to align manpower with business strategies.
- Ensure optimal placement of personnel to boost productivity.
- Provide business leaders with data-driven HR insights for decision-making.
- Manage external consultants and vendors.
- Oversee talent acquisition and development processes.
- Conduct organization management reviews with HR Director and business leaders.
- Drive local talent review processes in alignment with global standards.
- Identify and implement people development programs based on business needs.
- Create individual development plans in line with business and personal goals.
- Monitor development plan progress and implement enhancements.
- Nominate participants for training programs and external courses.
- Act as a Brand Behaviour Ambassador to inspire organizational talent.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion with Kering Group initiatives.
- Manage labor-related issues and support preventive actions.
- Resolve employee relations matters in collaboration with management.
- Serve as a reliable HR contact for employees.
- Coordinate with external consultants and government agencies on HR matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HRBP or generalist roles
- Experience in both strategic and operational HR functions
- Project management expertise
- Background in retail or FMCG industries
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles, with a background in both strategic and operational HR functions, preferably within the retail or FMCG industries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management preferred.
