Join Balenciaga in New York City as a CRM Intern. Gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry, supporting client engagement and strategic initiatives. Must receive academic credit.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the tracking and analysis of key client KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in validating and monitoring direct marketing and newsletter communications for American clients.
  • Analyze client purchase trends to inform strategic outreach and personalization efforts.
  • Aid with data quality management activities.
  • Support cross-departmental reports and projects, collaborating with Retail, Merchandising, and Global Client Engagement teams.
  • Contribute to seasonal projects and assist with in-store activations as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for client gifting projects.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and task-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience

No specific experience required, but previous exposure to CRM or data analysis is advantageous.

Education

Must be able to receive academic credit.

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA.

Compensation

$16.50 per hour plus academic credit.
