Join Balenciaga in Paris as a Corporate Legal Counsel, part of the Kering Group, and contribute to the dynamic legal team in a leading luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee corporate governance for Balenciaga's subsidiaries, coordinating with local teams on account approvals, company formations, statutory modifications, capital operations, and restructuring activities.
  • Draft and maintain corporate documents related to Balenciaga's group companies.
  • Draft and analyze contracts related to commercial leases and construction works.
  • Manage and oversee Balenciaga's lease agreements.
  • Draft service contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate insurance matters with the Group and establish insurance for new sites, boutiques, offices, and stock in collaboration with insurers and/or the Group.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.
  • Previous experience as a Junior Corporate Legal Counsel, preferably in a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail sectors is highly valued.

Skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong teamwork capabilities. Proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment. Competent with IT tools.

Experience

A minimum of initial experience in a corporate legal role, ideally within a business law firm, audit firm, or corporate legal department. Experience in real estate or retail is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
