Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial distribution strategy for Acqua di Parma in Belgium and Luxembourg across both brick-and-mortar and e-business channels to achieve sales and qualitative targets.
  • Review and optimize retail space, location, and online presence to maximize brand impact.
  • Manage account profitability by setting targets, monitoring performance, recommending action plans, and ensuring adherence to payment terms and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor and recommend optimal stock holding and range assortment.
  • Negotiate and implement launch and promotional activities and ensure regular account staff training.
  • Develop and implement local Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Training plans in line with international guidelines to deliver agreed objectives.
  • Drive financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, reporting, and KPIs to achieve targets, ensuring timely communication and proactive action.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business

Skills

Proven experience in sales management and marketing roles Genuine affinity with the luxury goods industry Good understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution Business acumen and an analytical mindset Strong communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving skills Results and P&L driven Fluency in French, Dutch, and English

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in sales management and marketing roles, preferably within the luxury goods industry.

Education

University Degree in Business
