Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and attentive welcome to clients, demonstrating product knowledge and making tailored recommendations.
- Contribute to weekly sales targets and enhance retail performance indicators such as average basket size and attachment rate.
- Play a key role in effective stock management and communicate any alerts to the manager.
- Participate in events tailored to the store's clientele.
- Foster relationships and enhance the brand's presence among partners and stakeholders in the St Honoré ecosystem.
- Adhere to store protocols, including punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards, while collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in customer service, sales, and on-the-ground engagement.
- Practical, pragmatic, and responsive in ensuring prompt product restocking.
- Client-oriented with a desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
