Role & Responsibilities
- Implement the Acqua di Parma 360° Training Program, aligning with HQ guidelines to enhance customer service and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business development.
- Adapt and innovate training modules for effective delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with local markets, supporting TTT sessions and 360° activations in top stores.
- Deliver global training programs and allocate team resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with the commercial team to provide expertise programs and ongoing training both on-field and in-classroom.
- Develop and implement training modules on the Yellow You App Learning Platform.
- Create and monitor training reports and schedules.
- Oversee the Masterclass project in key stores.
- Track and evaluate field training activities.
- Propose proactive measures to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably within the cosmetic or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, and E-learning Platforms.
- Experience in sales training within a retail environment.
- Ability to operate in a complex, global setting.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in the cosmetic or retail industry.
