Join LVMH Beauty Iberia in Alicante as a Beauty Consultant. Temporary full-time position in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty.
  • Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, perfumery, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred.

This position is based in Alicante, Alicante, Spain.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
