Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the Client Data & Intelligence Roadmap, ensuring optimal data quality and reproducibility of analyses.
  • Integrate and synthesize data from various departments and external sources to uncover insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Validate hypotheses using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  • Create and communicate insights through concise reports and interactive dashboards that visualize complex data for decision-making purposes.
  • Define relevant KPIs and develop performance monitoring tools such as reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a business analyst role or similar, with a strong understanding of business processes.

Skills

Proficiency in Customer Intelligence tools and technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis methods such as clustering, RFM, cohorts, and predictive modeling. Accuracy and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential data. Extensive experience in data visualization and presentation for diverse audiences. Fluency in German and English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a business analyst role or similar, with a strong focus on business processes and data analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Glashütte, Saxony, Germany, with easy access to Dresden.
