Saint Laurent is seeking a Production Planning Specialist in Vigonza, Italy. Join a leading luxury fashion house and contribute to the planning and advancement of production processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and initiate production orders, plan and monitor production progress within the internal Atelier.
  • Identify missing materials and manage the picking lists for materials and upper components for shipment.
  • Maintain constant communication with suppliers to update delivery and shipping data.
  • Collaborate with finished product consolidation centers and central logistics to resolve transport document issues.
  • Analyze and follow up on RFID reports.
  • Prepare performance reports and develop and present company KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Preferred degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in similar roles (production planning/advancement) is preferred.

Skills

Proficient use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with the STEALTH (ST3k) management system is preferred. Strong analytical skills. Proactive and initiative-driven. Dynamic and enthusiastic in a fast-growing environment. Resourcefulness. Problem-solving abilities. Flexibility. Teamwork capabilities.

Experience

Previous experience in production planning or advancement roles is preferred.

Education

Preferred degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
