Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Saint Laurent products and collections to effectively communicate brand values and product details.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and current market trends.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide personalized service and build client relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or a related field is preferred.
