Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor product development in collaboration with various departments including Studio, pattern makers, workshops, and external manufacturers.
- Update the PLM tool daily with launch/reception dates, fabric stock, and sample/bill of materials creation.
- Oversee the organizational process from prototyping to sampling.
- Track delivery of pieces and manage prototypes and collection repetitions.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for follow-ups.
- Assist in fitting preparations.
- Create reference labels for models.
- Receive and inspect pieces.
- Manage special orders for Press, VIP, VIC, and trunk shows.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong command of Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with PLM software is beneficial.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, dynamism, and strong interpersonal skills.
