- Maintain and update LMS tracking spreadsheets and perform data extractions.
- Serve as the primary contact for the BLOOM with VCA application, managing e-learnings and tracking tables.
- Monitor and follow up on annual VCA HQ contests, such as SHINE like a DIAMOND.
- Assist in identifying training needs for retail staff and organize logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Reserve venues and manage logistics for training events.
- Oversee the printing of all educational materials for training sessions.
- Support the facilitation of deployed training sessions and document them through photography and reports.
- Ensure follow-up on in-store training sessions.
- Participate in the prospecting of new service providers and assist in hosting them.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development of the PRELUDE induction book and support onboarding processes.
- Participate in VCA HQ induction days.
- Manage administrative follow-up for mystery shopping visits.
- Track administrative details of courses taken by employees at the School of Jewelry Arts each quarter.
- Collaborate with the art/culture intern at the heritage gallery.
- Assist in creating and managing cultural visit programs related to jewelry exhibitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (minimum Bac +3).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Strong curiosity and empathy.
- Cultural awareness and pedagogical skills.
- Autonomy and patience.
- Excellent listening skills and a focus on learner needs.
No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury industry is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (minimum Bac +3).
