1. Maintain and update LMS tracking spreadsheets and perform data extractions.
2. Serve as the primary contact for the BLOOM with VCA application, managing e-learnings and tracking tables.
3. Monitor and follow up on annual VCA HQ contests, such as SHINE like a DIAMOND.
4. Assist in identifying training needs for retail staff and organize logistical aspects of training sessions.
5. Reserve venues and manage logistics for training events.
6. Oversee the printing of all educational materials for training sessions.
7. Support the facilitation of deployed training sessions and document them through photography and reports.
8. Ensure follow-up on in-store training sessions.
9. Participate in the prospecting of new service providers and assist in hosting them.
10. Conduct competitive benchmarking.
11. Contribute to the development of the PRELUDE induction book and support onboarding processes.
12. Participate in VCA HQ induction days.
13. Manage administrative follow-up for mystery shopping visits.
14. Track administrative details of courses taken by employees at the School of Jewelry Arts each quarter.
15. Collaborate with the art/culture intern at the heritage gallery.
16. Assist in creating and managing cultural visit programs related to jewelry exhibitions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (minimum Bac +3).

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in IT tools.
3. Strong curiosity and empathy.
4. Cultural awareness and pedagogical skills.
5. Autonomy and patience.
6. Excellent listening skills and a focus on learner needs.

No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury industry is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (minimum Bac +3).
