Van Cleef & Arpels Training Assistant Intern

1. Maintain and update LMS tracking tables and perform LMS data extractions
2. Act as the main contact for the BLOOM with VCA application, including e-learnings and tracking tables
3. Monitor and follow up on annual VCA HQ contests
4. Assist in identifying training needs for retail staff
5. Organize logistics for training sessions, including room reservations and materials
6. Support training sessions and document them with photos and reports
7. Ensure follow-up on in-store training
8. Participate in the prospecting of new service providers and conduct competitive benchmarking
9. Assist in developing and supporting the onboarding process for new employees
10. Manage administrative tasks related to mystery visits
11. Track administrative details of courses taken by employees at the jewelry arts school
12. Collaborate with the art/culture intern at the heritage gallery
13. Help create and manage cultural visit programs related to jewelry exhibitions

No specific experience required, but a background in luxury or training is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Bac + 3 minimum)
