1. Support Sales Associates during client presentations by welcoming clients, serving refreshments, and presenting products.
2. Prepare and wrap products for clients.
3. Process sales transactions, including preparing product-related documents and following payment procedures.
4. Assist the sales team with clienteling activities such as gift card preparation and purchasing small client gifts.
5. Ensure adherence to the brand's visual identity guidelines and support event organization.
6. Provide customer service support during client interactions and perform in-boutique customer service activities as needed.
7. Assist in preparing the customer experience and in-store journey, including workspace setup and maintaining cleanliness of counters, displays, and windows.
8. Manage back-office sales tools and contribute to operational tasks.
9. Monitor supply stock and maintain awareness of product inventory.
10. Build operational knowledge of digital tools and comply with the Maison’s policies and commercial rules.

1. Experience in Fine Jewellery, ideally with exposure to High Jewellery.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with international clientele.
4. Meticulous and highly client-focused.
5. Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Solid experience in Fine Jewellery, with a preference for High Jewellery expertise.
