1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
3. Utilize curated clienteling tools to reach out to current and prospective clients.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required to meet business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
