- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Participate in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
- Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties, and clientele reporting.
- Assist in daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining boutique aesthetics.
- Travel as required for business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling techniques.
