1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Participate in community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
3. Manage CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties, and clientele reporting.
4. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining boutique aesthetics.
5. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling techniques.
