1. Ensure adherence to best practices and controlling rules while seeking operational performance at the site.
2. Serve as a business partner by providing dashboards and KPIs to enable the Site Director to manage activities effectively.
3. Update and monitor the P&L of the Châteauneuf-sur-Isère workshop, providing key insights into site performance.
4. Conduct cost analysis, including cost price, scrap rates, absenteeism, and hourly rates, as well as operational and industrial performance assessments.
5. Lead financial planning activities, including budget construction, annual forecasts, and business plans.
6. Participate in new projects within the department, proposing process and system optimizations.
7. Support cross-functional analyses and studies for internal clients.

1. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in management control and industrial performance.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with diplomacy and enthusiasm for teamwork.
2. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving tools and processes.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of autonomy.

A minimum of 7 years in management control and industrial performance is required.
